I enjoyed my stay a lot. It is great Hotel, with a great location(5-8 min drive from Airport), and received service from all staff members. Everyone is extremly nice, friendly and helpful. Special thanks to Mandofo who was already very helpful prior my arrival until departure. The pick-up and return to the Airport was handled perfectly. The kitchen is 24-hours available and the lounge and dining area is stylish and modern and not too fancy which I liked. It is a great place to have business meetings. To make things better, I had a very spacious room, the private usage of Sauna and Steam was also great. I travelled a lot and never had such kind of great experience and their price is unbeatable! Wi-Fi worked good just in few corners not accessible. I will definitely book again there, thus it is definitely recommendable.

A value-for money hotel which is close to the airport (less than 10 minutes drive away) and neat. The neighborhood was well lit and appeared safe at night. I liked the free airport shuttle service. My room was spacious, clean, well-insulated, had free toiletries as well as complimentary tea items and bottled water, and a balcony. The water heater worked well during my stay. The hotel's staff were friendly, professional, welcoming and could speak understand and speak English. The internet worked well. I was able to attend online meetings without internet disruptions. I liked the spa (which was open round the clock) and the gym. I wouldn't mind staying here again, when next I visit Addis.

The dinning room staff were attentive and friendly, making each meal a delightful experience. The manager's prompt email responses to my inquiries demonstrated a high level of professionalism and dedication to customer satisfaction.

Lema yirefu and the most wonderful night manager Mr: Tilahun, this man is amazing, he is smart and knows how to deliver 5 stars service, I think you are lucky to have such spectacular employee.
